Me, and my avatar in Second Life

As a part of teaching Social Informatics, I decided to go into Second Life. My avatar is kilted, and is called Bell McCullough.

We at Nesna University College have not yet built a place of our own i Second Life, so I hang around on Kamimo Islands.

I have not bothered to use any money on creating a more lifelike avatar, but I have tried to make some elements similar; like a beard, grey hair and a sort of "home made" kilt :-) There are some free "clothes" to get in Second Life, and the last avatar picture is the result of a visit to some Scottish places and a small adjustment of the color of the kilt (more Bell like). And voila! A slightly more formal look. So now i may go to parties in Second Life :-D
