New Lap Top, New Avatar

Since I changed my work from being a lecturer to being a Dean, I also changed my Lap Top. And promptly forgot my password for my Avatar in Second Life. Getting a new password is not easy, and in the process I discovered my old avatar from my first trial of Second Life.

So now I`m back in Second Life as PerArne McMillan. The surname is chosen by Second Life, but it`s not a bad choice as it`s quite close to MacMillan :-)

My new Lap Top has a slightly stronger processor than my previous, but a weaker graphics card and that shows itself in quite a number of crash situations.

Second Life is certainly not for the everyday teacher computer!
